The National Women's Leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Dr. Mrs. Mary Alile, has lauded President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s administration for the successful commencement of operations at the Port Harcourt Refinery

She lauded President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s administration for the successful commencement of operations at the Port Harcourt Refinery.

Dr. Alile described the development as a landmark achievement, highlighting its potential to significantly reduce Nigeria’s reliance on imported petroleum products while boosting the economy.

She also praised the President’s bold economic reforms, including the removal of fuel subsidies and the unification of exchange rates, as necessary steps toward long-term prosperity. While acknowledging the economic challenges Nigerians are currently facing, she appealed for patience and unity, assuring that the benefits of these reforms would soon materialize.

Dr. Alile further called on women to play active roles in promoting peace and supporting government policies, emphasizing the importance of collaboration in achieving national progress.
