VOTE OF CONFIDENCE IN CHIEF HON. FAMOUS BILLY OSAWARU AND DR. OSAZEE IMASOGIE BY THE ALL PROGRESSIVES CONGRESS (APC) ORHIONMWON/UHUNMWONDE LOCAL GOVERNMENT AREA

PREAMBLE

We, the leaders, stakeholders, and members of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Orhionmwon/Uhunmwonde Local Government Area, having reviewed the sterling contributions, exemplary leadership, and unwavering dedication of Chief Hon. Famous Billy Osawaru and Dr. Osazee Imasogie to the progress and development of our constituency, hereby unanimously pass this Vote of Confidence in their leadership and representation.

This resolution comes after careful deliberation on their impact in governance, party affairs, and their selfless service to the good people of Orhionmwon/Uhunmwonde.

OUR RESOLUTION:

1. Acknowledgment of Effective Representation and Leadership:

Chief Hon. Famous Billy Osawaru has consistently demonstrated dynamic and purposeful representation. His leadership is characterized by a deep commitment to grassroots development, empowerment, and the upliftment of our people. Through his interventions, we have witnessed infrastructural development, social empowerment, and economic advancements that have positively impacted our communities.

Dr. Osazee Imasogie, on the other hand, has shown unparalleled dedication to the unity, progress, and stability of our great party, APC, in Orhionmwon/Uhunmwonde. His strategic leadership, mobilization capacity, and ability to foster unity among party members have strengthened our structure and positioned us for greater electoral victories.

2. Commitment to Community Development:

Both leaders have made significant efforts in addressing the developmental needs of our constituency. Their unwavering support for education, healthcare, youth and women empowerment, as well as infrastructural projects, has positioned them as beacons of hope in our communities.

Hon. Billy Osawaru’s advocacy against the arbitrary sale of Presco PLC to Afrinvest, which was of great concern to Orhionmwon youths, is a testament to his commitment to protecting the economic interests of our people. His involvement in ensuring fairness and transparency in business dealings that affect our land is highly commendable.

3. Promotion of Party Unity and Strength:

A strong and united APC in Orhionmwon/Uhunmwonde is critical to our success in future elections, and these two leaders have remained committed to strengthening the party. Their ability to bring together party members, reconcile differences, and ensure inclusiveness is a major factor in the growing popularity of our party in the region.

4. Advocacy for Good Governance and Accountability:

Chief Hon. Famous Billy Osawaru and Dr. Osazee Imasogie have been vocal advocates for transparency, good governance, and accountability in leadership. Their strong stance against corruption, mismanagement, and policies that do not favor the masses has earned them respect both within and outside the party.

In light of the foregoing, we, the undersigned leaders, executives, and members of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Orhionmwon/Uhunmwonde Local Government Area, hereby:

1. Reaffirm our unwavering support for Chief Hon. Famous Billy Osawaru and Dr. Osazee Imasogie as true leaders and worthy representatives of our people.

2. Express our absolute confidence in their capacity to continue delivering on their mandate and serving the best interests of the people.

3. Reject any attempt to undermine their leadership, as they have proven to be men of integrity, vision, and action.

4. Call on all party members and stakeholders to rally behind them and continue supporting their developmental initiatives.
