30 Years At The Bar; Hon. Billy Osawaru Extends Warm Felicitations To Rt. Hon. Osagie.

Dear Hon. Dr. Osagie, 

Williams Shakespeare, in one of his cerebral and witty quotes, once said, "Some are born great, some achieve greatness, and some have greatness thrust upon them". Rt. Hon. Dr. Samson Raphael Osagie (Esq), the Edo State Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice was predestined to be great and has achieved different levels of greatness as he continues on his journey of Life 

From a very humble beginning, Hon. Osagie broke through the inhibiting barriers his background foisted on him. Through sheer courage, consistent actions, resilience and determination, brilliance and focus, Hon. Osagie graduated from Law School with Laurels having studiously conquered the rigors of the law as a student of the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. He was subsequently called to the Bar exactly three decades ago. 

For 30 years as a legal professional, your career has been marked by steady accretion and landmark achievements. A man of many firsts, Dr. Osagie has not only grown in the legal profession to becoming a certified Notary public but has also held several leadership positions. He is presently the Vice President of the African Bar Association (West Africa) and the vibrant Honorable Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice Edo State. 

Beyond his successes in the legal profession, Dr. Osagie has also broken forth as a legislative icon with Sixteen unbroken years in the Legislative arm of Government both at the state and federal level where he left as a principal officer. Intellectually, Dr. Osagie is at the apogee of his academic pursuit with a doctorate prestigiously adorning his name.

Today, I celebrate your successes and achievements in the 30 years of your flourishing career and also the many promising opportunities that lay ahead of you. You have earned my utmost respect and admiration and I can only wish you all the best in good health in your professional and political careers. Continue to make progress and record remarkable achievements. May God Almighty and our revered ancestors bless you richly.
