A Bill for an act to establish the FEDERAL COLLEGE OF COMPLEMENTARY AND ALTERNATIVE MEDICINE, UGBOGUN, UHUNMWODE LOCAL GOVERNMENT AREA, EDO STATE.

Sponsor of the Bill; HON. CHIEF BILLY ADESUWA OSAWARU (PhD). Member representing the good people of Orhionmwon and Uhunmwode federal constituency, Edo State at the Nigerian House of Representatives. 

The idea contrapped in this bill is by every means novel, creative, visionary, and progressive. It seeks to harness, institutionalize, and structure alternative medicine training for the benefit of Nigerians.

The potency of alternative Medicare cannot be belabored. However, this has never been fully explored in a formal Institute, research, and academic environment. This College of Complementary and Alternative Medicine, when established, will be a center for everything unorthodox and a training hub in this sub-region, Africa, and the rest of the World for those seeking to pursue a career in alternative medicine. 

The Bill was successfully read for the first time on the floor of the hallowed green chamber of the National Assembly.
