Hon. Billy Osawaru Facilitates The Construction Of A Block Of Six Classrooms At Umagbae Secondary School, Umagbae South, Uhunmwode, and A Comprehensive Modern Health Center At Oligie, Igbanke,  Orhionmwon Through The Ministry Of Regional Development.

Education and Health care in Orhionmwon and Uhunmwode Federal Constituency of Edo State are set to receive a massive boost with the ongoing construction of a block of Six Classrooms complete with administrative offices, principal's office, and conveniences at Umagbae secondary school, Umagbae South, Uhunmwode and the Construction of a Comprehensive Modern health center at Oligie, Igbanke, Orhionmwon local government areas respectively. 

These laudable projects were facilitated by the honorable member representing the good people of Orhionmwon and Uhunmwode federal constituency at the House of Representatives, Hon. Chief Dr. Billy Adesuwa Osawaru, through the office of the honorable Minister of Regional Planning, Alhaji Abubakar Momoh.

In an area that lacks a functional medical center, the siting of a modern health center at Oligie will, upon completion serve the health and emergency needs of the indigenes and residents of the Locality and reduce the stress of laboriously traveling long distances to seek medical care. This medical center undergoing construction makes it the second the federal lawmaker has facilitated to Orhionmwon local government area. 

In addition, Umagbae Secondary School, located along Benin Auchi road by the ever-busy Egba road junction, is strategically located to serve the educational needs of students in the two largest wards in Uhunmwode local government area, Umagbae South and North, hence the siting the project in the school was strategic. This ongoing construction of the block of six classrooms, when completed, will mitigate the infrastructural dearth in the school. 

Blessed with enormous land, Hon. Osawaru also envisioned facilitating the construction of a modern sports center in the school to help constructively channel the energies of our youngsters to productive sporting activities. 

Hon. Chief Billy Adesuwa Osawaru has so far kept his campaign promises to his constituents. The best is yet to come.
