Hon. Osawaru Bags Numerous Honorary Prestigious Ethics And Integrity Certifications From The Centre For Ethics And Self-Value Orientation

In recognition of his remarkable compliance to legislative and constituency cooperate governance ethics and integrity, the Centre for Ethics and Self Value Orientation (CESVO) has conferred on the Honourable Member representing the good people of Orhionmwon and Uhunmwode federal constituency at the House of Representatives, Hon. Chief Dr. Billy Adesuwa Osawaru, with prestigious certifications in Ethics and a Gold Medal for ranking amongst the top 50 most influential, vibrant and ethical honorable members of the House of Representatives.

The event also featured his investiture into the Ethical Hall of Fame and the issuance of a Letter of Authority to bear the CESVO honorary title of Integrity Icon within and outside Nigeria. Amongst the other certifications conferred on Hon. Billy Osawaru were;

* The ethical leadership and conduct compliance certificate. 

* Cooperate ethics and integrity compliance certificate presented to the federal constituency office. 

* A letter of Commendation for outstanding professional ethics as a House of Representatives member.

Similarly, the legislative aides attached to Hon. Osawaru at the National Assembly and his constituency coordinators at the local government levels also received letters of commendation for good ethical conduct. 

In his address, the Executive Director of CESVO, Ethicist Prince Salih Musa Yakubu, said the decision to recognize and honor Hon. Osawaru followed a rigorous Six-month secret scrutiny by project monitors and the independent assessment of his stewardship by agents of the center. He added that this was sequel to his nomination to CESVO by their whistleblowers at the Nation's Assembly. He commended the federal lawmaker who goes by the fond sobriquet of "Proud Benin Chief," urging him to sustain the impressive momentum of his legislative, representational, and oversight vibrancy, integrity, ethical conduct, and compliance. 

The Centre for Ethics and Self Value Orientation (CESVO) is an organization focused on promoting ethical behavior and personal integrity by educating individuals on the importance of strong values and principles, often conducting assessments and awarding recognition to individuals and institutions demonstrating high ethical standards; it typically aims to combat corruption and foster a culture of integrity within our society.

Honorary Awards, certifications, recognitions, and commendations have continued to trail Hon Osawaru's record of impactful representation at the federal House of Representatives. This has continuously been a spur for him to do more and as he had often said, "The best of his representation is yet to come".
