Dear Hon. Charity Amayaemvbo 

It was gratifying to receive the news of your appointment as the new Commissioner for Ministry of Youth Affairs, Edo State by His Excellency, the Governor of Edo State, Distinguished Senator Monday Okpebholo. 

This appointment is a demonstration of your immense belief in the power of your intellect, Professionalism, and extensive experience. Without mincing words, this appointment couldn't have been well deserved as you have consistently distinguished yourself in a democratic procedure and administration. 

With your superlative record in public service, I am confident in your capacity to reposition the Youth Ministry in Edo State towards achieving its core mandate and  the administration of engineering/engendering the much needed progressive reforms. 

As you embrace the challenges of your new office, I pray the Almighty and our ancestors grant you the much-needed insight, innovative ideas, wisdom, and robust health to pilot the affairs of your new office.
