My dear brother and friend,

Though this message comes a bit late, the sincerity of my heart cannot be measured by timing. You deserve to be celebrated every day, not just on your birthday  because your life is a blessing to all who know you.

I join your family, friends,  and admirers across the State and beyond to felicitate with you on thea occasion of your birthday. Congratulations on the attainment of another beautiful year in good health, sound mind, and unwavering purpose.

Patrick, you are not just a public servant you are a man of the people in every sense. Your contribution to our great party and your tireless efforts toward the growth and development of our beloved Edo State are genuinely admirable. You have continued to carry the hopes of many with dignity, strength, and humility.

You are more than a friend to me , you are a brother in every way. I have watched you lead with courage, speak with wisdom, and walk with honor. It inspires me and many others who have had the privilege to walk beside you.
