NANS ZONE B (SOUTH-SOUTH) DISTANCES ITSELF FROM PLANNED NATIONWIDE PROTEST

ogie Ogieva, the co-ordinator. The leadership of the National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS) Zone B (South-South) wishes to categorically distance itself from the planned nationwide protest scheduled to hold on Monday, October 20, 2025.

We strongly advise all Nigerian students across the South-South region not to allow themselves to be used as tools by political actors seeking to exploit the current national climate for selfish interests. The Association remains committed to promoting peace, unity, and constructive dialogue as the best means of addressing issues affecting Nigerian students and the nation at large.

Students are therefore urged to focus on their academic pursuits and continue to be law-abiding citizens who contribute positively to national development.
