HON. AUSTIN IMAFIDON THE EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN UHUNMWODE LOCAL GOVERNMENT AREA  FELICITATES WITH OBA OF BENIN AND BENIN PEOPLE ON IGUE FESTIVAL

The Executive Chairman of Uhunmwode Local Government Area, Hon. Austin Imafidon, on behalf of the government and good people of Uhunmwode Local Government Area, heartily felicitates His Royal Majesty, Oba Ewuare II, CFR, Oba of Benin, and the entire people of the great Benin Kingdom on the joyous occasion of the IGUE Festival.

As one of the Local Government Areas that make up the historic Benin Kingdom, and as a proud Benin man, the Chairman acknowledges the IGUE Festival as a sacred and significant cultural heritage that symbolizes thanksgiving, renewal, peace, unity, and prosperity for the Benin people.

Hon. Imafidon commends His Royal Majesty for his exemplary leadership, commitment to the preservation of Benin culture and traditions, and his continuous prayers for peace, progress, and development of the Benin Kingdom and Edo State at large.

The Chairman uses this auspicious occasion to pray that the celebration brings renewed blessings, good health, wisdom, and long life to His Royal Majesty, and peace, progress, and prosperity to all sons and daughters of Benin land.

He further reassures the people of Uhunmwode Local Government Area of his administration’s unwavering commitment to promoting cultural values, unity, and sustainable development across the Local Government.
