It is with gratitude to God Almighty for his divine preservation and protection that I welcome you all to a brand New Year, 2025

The out gone Year 2024 no doubt, came with it's blessings, and was equally fraught with challenges and many hurdles which God gave us the enablement to surmount. Even when we perhaps, couldn't achieve our set targets, our greatest blessing remains the life and health that we have. This is Man's greatest assets which we should be thankful for.

However, the year 2025 is indeed a promising one filled with hope and sprawling opportunities. Let's step into the new year with a renewed resolve to be a better versions of ourselves, in our personal and professional life. As moulders and refiners of gifts and talents especially in this fast evolving world of artificial intelligence, the onus lies on us all as educators, to prioritise personal development for speedy advancement. 

It is my earnest prayer that the year 2025 opens for us new vistas for growth and development, individually and collectively as a Union of Teachers. In this brand new year, let's eschew every divisive considerations, and unite as one formidable body towards actualizing the vision of our founding Fathers.
