The Honourable Member representing the good people of Orhionmwon Uhunmwode federal constituency at the House of Representatives, Hon. Chief Dr. Billy Adesuwa Osawaru has congratulated a true Edo Son of Orhionmwon extraction, Barr. Felix Osemwengie Isere, on his recent appointment as Special Adviser, Oil and Gas to His Excellency, Sen. Monday Okpebholo, Governor of Edo State. 

The federal lawmaker, in his congratulatory message, said that the well-deserved appointment didn't come to him as a surprise as Barr. Isere is a brilliant and progressive youth that any serious government would want on board its cabinet. He commended the Edo State Governor for appointing another vibrant, upwardly mobile youth and astute professional who exemplifies an alluring hope in transformational leadership and who will bring on board his sound mind, intellectual capacities, deep knowledge, and wealth of experience. 

Hon. Osawaru said he is confident and brimming with enthusiasm to see the positive impact Barr. Isere will make in the oil and gas sector of Edo State, working closely with the Governor, and in collaboration with other relevant government officials.

The proud Benin Chief prayed to God Almighty to imbue him with more wisdom, renewed insight, good health and also, grant him transformative ideas that will make him exceptional in his new office.
