CP Betty Enekpen Isokpan Otimenyin, the First female Commissioner of Police in Edo state Police Command was Born in Benin City, Edo state, enlisted into Nigeria Police in 1992 as a cadet ASP in Polac, kaduna Annex, attended various courses in Nigeria and Abroad.
