UHUNMWODE COUNCIL CHAIRMAN, HON. IREDIA BENJAMIN OSA'S REAFFIRMS MOMENTUM FOR GRASSROOTS DEVELOPMENT: PLACES UHUNMWODE ON THE LIMELIGHT

In a continuous demonstration of his commitment to inclusive governance and transformational leadership, the Chairman of Uhunmwode Local Government Area, Hon. Iredia Benjamin Osa's, has once again reaffirmed his unwavering focus on grassroots development across the region.

Under his leadership, Uhunmwode has witnessed a new wave of progress, with numerous projects and initiatives already completed and more underway, geared toward improving the standard of living for residents, staff and enhancing the socio-economic growth of the area, by  increasing local internal generated revenue.

From environmental sanitation and school rehabilitation to solar-powered electrification and support for agriculture and local markets, Hon. Iredia’s administration has earned widespread commendation for its result driven approach. These achievements have not only brought positive attention to the local government but have also placed Uhunmwode on the limelight within Edo State and beyond.

Speaking at a recent event, Hon. Iredia reiterated his vision:

"Our goal is to bring government closer to the people and ensure no community or ward is left behind. We are building a legacy of sustainable development, one project at a time."

His administration continues to collaborate with key government agencies, security, development partners, and community leaders to ensure that every ward in Uhunmwode benefits from this era of transformation.
