The Chairman of Uhunmwode Local Council, Hon. Benjamin Iredia Osa's, as an altruistic, liberal, and open-hearted leader, through his amiable disposition, exposure, and good interpersonal relationships, has been on a sustained vanguard for encouraging Uhunmwode Sons and daughters to come site their investments in the strategically located Uhunmwode Local Government Area. Recently, Hon. Iredia was visibly present as one of the distinguished guests of honour to offer his moral support at the opening ceremony of the Hon. Austin Imafidon's Gold Coast Enterprise (ISIWINA) located in a semi-urban Eyaen community and the commissioning of the expansive Palm Villa Estate, Ikhueniro, Uhunmwode owned by a diaspora based private investor, Dr. Martins Imudia, and also, at the commissioning of a Police Post designed to serve the estate and also the larger Ikhueniro Community.

Hon. Iredia's presence at these commissionings underscores his appreciation of the likes of Hon. Austin Imafidon and Dr. Matins Imudia's massive and commendable investment in the energy and real estate sectors, respectively. These investments, not only improves the aesthetics of their immediate communities but also bridges the housing deficit in the community, creates proximity to energy resources and create employment for the teeming youths with the spiral effect of making the local economy to thrive 

He has consistently called on well meaning individuals particularly the diasporan community to see Uhunmwode as their choices investments destination as his investment friendly administration has made significant strides in advancing security and safety in alignment with the Project SHINE Agenda of H.E, Sen. Monday Okpebholo, Governor of Edo State which has Security as the anchor of the SHINE acronym.
