The versatile member representing the good and industrious people of Orhionmwon and Uhunmwode federal constituency at the House of Representatives, Hon. Chief Dr. Billy Adesuwa Osawaru, was a guest at the state-owned Edo Broadcasting Service Television, where he gave his informed perspectives on questions bothering on "Representative Democracy".

As a federal lawmaker, Hon. Osawaru shed some light on the core aspects of legislative business, representational governance, and areas where improvements are needed in the 10th House of Representatives under the leadership and speakership of Rt. Hon. Dr. Tajudeen Abbass, which has been acclaimed to be one of the best assemblies in recent history, in terms of vibrancy, decorum, impact, and in the harmonious conduct of their Legislative functions.
