THE MANAGEMENT OF EDO COLLEGE OF AGRICULTURE AND NATURAL RESOURCES APPROVES THE RETURN OF NATIONAL DIPLOMA (ND) ONE AND TWO STUDENTS AFFECTED BY THE 2017 INSTITUTIONAL CLOSURE.
In a statement signed by Mr. Ukato Thomas, Public Relation Officer, College of Agriculture and Natural Resources, Iguoriakhi, September 10th, 2025. The Management of the Edo State College of Agriculture and Natural Resources, Iguoriakhi, led by its Provost, Dr. Andrew Osaigbovo Omosefe, has approved the immediate return of National Diploma (ND) One and Two students affected by the closure of the institution in 2017. These students are directed to visit the Office of the Dean of Students with copies of their relevant credentials to complete the necessary documentation.
This decision was reached following a fruitful interactive session held with the affected students and alumni of the institution at the instance of the Acting Provost.
The College of Agriculture and Natural Resources, Iguoriakhi, under the new Provost and management team, is being repositioned to provide quality academic and research programmes.
This renewed commitment underscores the College’s resolve to uphold academic excellence, restore confidence among stakeholders, and ensure that all affected students are given a fair opportunity to complete their programmes. Management assures parents, students, and the general public that all necessary support structures are being put in place to facilitate a seamless reintegration process and sustain the institution’s tradition of excellence.
