The Honorable Commissioner for Water Resources and Energy, Edo State, Hon. (Barr.) Washington Osa-Osifo, Ph.D has congratulated His Excellency, Sen. (Comrade) Adams Aliyu Oshiomhole, on his well-deserved award as Arise TV/ThisDay Publisher's Senator of the Year. 

In a congratulatory message he personally signed and made available to the press, Hon. Osa-Osifo said the recognition did not come as a surprise, as he has keenly followed the Distinguished Senator who he described as his Leader of inestimable value and mentor, as he vibrantly represents his people and the nation at the Senate of the 10th National Assembly. 

Hon.  Osa-Osifo x-rayed the enormous contributions Sen. Oshiomhole has made to the advancement of the nation as a leading light in the labour movement, partisan politics, and the socio-economic development of the nation.
