Promise Kept; Hon. Osawaru Empowers Constituents With Gainful Employment In Government Agencies.

"Give a Man fish, you feed him for a day; Teach a Man how to fish, you feed him for a lifetime," says an old Chinese proverb that depicts human empowerment. In a political climate that is mired by the obnoxious and retrogressive practice of "stomach Infrastructure", Hon. Chief Dr. Billy Adesuwa Osawaru, in keeping faith with his campaign promises, has chosen to do things differently. 

The member representing the good people of Orhionnwon/Uhunmwode federal constituency at the Nigerian House of Representatives believes like every rational and progressive mind should, that enduring and lifetime empowerment has a more positive ripple effect than giving periodic handouts that don't solve financial disability. 

Human empowerment formed parts of his campaign promises and so far, he has lived up to expectations by using his privileged position as a federal lawmaker to influence gainful employment to qualified constituents. The latest of this self-assigned mandate is the facilitation of the employment of his people into the Industrial Training Fund (ITF) and the National Assembly Service Commission (NASSCOM) as shown in the attached graphic bearing the appointment letters. 

It will be recalled also that barely two months ago, the proud Benin Chief secured the appointment of a constituent into the Federal Fire service. This is aside from the numerous others he has facilitated since he assumed office as a federal lawmaker. 

With more appointments in the pipeline, Hon. Chief Billy Adesuwa Osawaru (PhD) is committed to keeping his promises towards sustainably empowering his constituents for self-reliance.
